  • Clear any WordPress caching plugins (WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, etc.)
  • Check for JavaScript errors: press F12 → Console tab

Lead Capture Not Working

  • Test by submitting a lead yourself (use incognito mode)
  • Check that required fields are configured
  • Review webhook logs if using custom integration

Caching Plugin Conflicts

If using WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, LiteSpeed Cache, or similar:

  • Exclude /wp-content/plugins/chatly/ from minification
  • Disable "Delay JavaScript Execution" for Chatly files
  • Always clear cache after making Chatly changes

Theme Compatibility

Some themes (The7, Divi, Avada, Elementor) may need CSS adjustments. Common fixes:

  • Chat button hidden: Check for z-index conflicts
  • Chat window cut off: Verify no overflow: hidden on body
  • Styling issues: Use Chatly → Appearance to adjust colors

Using the Diagnostics Tool

Go to Chatly → Support and click Generate Diagnostic Report. This creates a detailed report you can share with support (API keys are never included).
